Luxury Côte d’Azur Cultural Retreat 2013

 

Lou Casteou is hosting a luxurious cultural retreat week on the 21st April to 26th April 2013. Our stunning chateau has recently undergone complete renovation to the highest standards of luxury and sophistication and is located an easy 30 minutes drive from Nice airport.

Our cultural retreat is the perfect get away for guests looking to simply unwind or for those looking to take part in our range of activities offered on a daily basis. Guests are free to participate in as many or few classes as they wish and all classes will be personalised to meet the individual needs and level of expertise of our guests.

Throughout the week delicious meals and wines will be served and our chefs will cater to specific dietary needs as required. Accommodation is provided in beautiful ensuite bedrooms with either sea or mountain views.

Lou Casteou has a wonderful heated infinity pool and the gardens enjoy beautiful views of the Provencal countryside and Esterel mountains. Gorgeous sandy beaches are located 5 minutes from the chateau and many sporting and cultural activities are close to hand.

Lisa Marie Simmons and Marco Cremaschini are the founding members of the successful Italian band Hippie Tendencies.

Lisa Marie Simmons and Marco CremaschiniMarco is a very talented jazz pianist, songwriter and arranger and American singer, songwriter Lisa has a charismatic stage presence and a stunningly warm and mellow voice. They both boast collaborations with seasoned professionals and are currently enjoying a wave of success throughout Europe, America and Italy performing their own material and revisiting covers with their own vision and style.

Matteo Mangiarotti and Silvia Revello, Gastronomic Italian Chef and Master Sommelier

Matteo Mangiarotti and Silvia RevelloMatteo, 4 star chef and restaurateur has broad international experience and trained in Milan before working in top establishments in London, Aspen and Rimini.
Silvia is a Master Sommelier and restaurateur with many years of experience working at the famous Campo de Fiori restaurant in Aspen, Colorado.

Laurence Lassalle, Professional Trekking Guide, historian and nature expert

Laurence LassalleLaurence has a great love of the stunning countryside around Lou Casteou and will be delighted to share with you the rugged beauty of the mountains and stunning sea views in a safe and enjoyable environment.

Creative Art Classes

The fully inclusive price of the retreat is Euros 2.950 VAT included per person

or Euros 5,500 VAT included per couple or 2 sharing a room.
